Use leftover blocks from a Simply Sunny project to make a placemat


                  Placemat                                       
                  13" x 19"                                         

You will need one block for each placemat.

• Sew background strips (1 1/2" x 9 1/2") to the sides of the flower block.

• Sew one background strip (1 1/2" x 8 1/2") to the top of the flower block.

• Sew one green strip (1 1/2" x 8 1/2") to the bottom of the flower block.

• Sew 2" x 11 1/2" border strips to the right side of the flower block.

• Sew 9½" x 11½" border strip to the left side of the flower block.

• Sew 1½" x 19½" to the top & bottom of the flower row.

• Layer, quilt & bind.
